PLANT-BASED MASTER CLASS SERIES

I'm sharing links to some of my favorite brands and more difficult to find items in the shopping list below.

Produce

1 pound         oyster mushrooms (If you can't find oyster, use king oyster, bunashimeji or Chef's sampler mushrooms)

10 leaves       butter lettuce (red butter lettuce will make these really beautiful)

1/2 bunch     fresh cilantro

1                     lemon

2                     limes

1                     serrano pepper

2                     medium avocados

Spices

                       Himalayan sea salt, fine grind (Himalayan is my favorite; any fine grind sea salt will do)

⅛ tsp             garlic granules (Granules have more depth of flavor, garlic powder will work)

¼ tsp             coriander powder

Oils & Vinegars

                       extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp            apple cider vinegar

Other

10                  4 ½” mini white corn tortillas (Street taco size. I love the ones by Guerrero, any 4 1/2" mini corn tortilla will do)

12 oz             Silken firm tofu

20 oz             unflavored sparkling water (I love Topo Chico, but any sparkling water will do)

½ tsp            Dijon mustard

1 ½ tbsp       honey
